Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Any item returned with signs of use, damage, wear, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Perishable items (such as seeds or botanicals), digital downloads, and custom orders are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our store’s contact page with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send back any items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected return shipments.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Refunds may be denied or partially reduced if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is returned without original packaging.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you want a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and dropped off at the local postal office or carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including packages marked as “delivered.”
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Seeds and botanical products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items
