Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are shipped from our Fremont, California location. We typically process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of payment being received and cleared (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is marked “shipped,” you’ll receive a notification and tracking information (if applicable).
Note: We do not mark an order as shipped until the parcel has been physically dropped off at our local postal office or carrier location.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Flat rate shipping: $4.99 for standard delivery on any size order.

  • Expedited options (USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx) are available at additional cost.

  • International shipping available; rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • U.S. Domestic: Up to 10 business days for standard delivery.

  • Expedited: Delivery time varies by carrier.

  • International: Delivery time varies by destination and customs.

Address & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Address changes cannot always be made once the order is processed. We ship only to the address provided at checkout.

Once a package leaves our facility, delays, tracking issues, or misrouting by the carrier are outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once we have shipped and dropped off your order at the local postal office or carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.

  • Allow up to the full carrier timeframe for delayed scans.

  • Contact your carrier directly to file a claim, as they have the authority to investigate delivery issues.

If you would like additional protection (insurance, signature-required delivery, etc.), please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange it at your cost.

International Orders

  • Duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Customs delays are beyond our control.

  • Returned or unclaimed international packages are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Holiday & Seasonal Delays
During peak seasons (November–December), carriers may experience delays. Please allow extra time or choose expedited shipping if you need your order by a specific date.
